ABOUT EXPERIEXCELLENCE
Your Partner in Exceptional Experiences
ExperiExcellence helps individuals and organizations create exceptional experiences—at work and in life—by changing how people show up, communicate, and lead.
At the center of our work is a simple belief:
The quality of any experience is shaped by how people think, interact, and respond in real moments.
Most organizations focus on processes, programs, and performance metrics. Those matter—but they don’t solve the everyday interactions that define culture:
The conversation that gets avoided
The feedback that gets softened
The decision that gets overexplained
The moment where clarity is replaced with performance
That’s where we work.
What We Do
Through coaching, training, and speaking, ExperiExcellence helps people:
Communicate with clarity and confidence
Stop overexplaining and start owning their perspective
Lead without unnecessary friction or performance
Build stronger, more aligned relationships at work
Create environments where people can show up honestly and do their best work
Our Approach
We don’t believe exceptional experiences come from scripts, slogans, or surface-level programs.
They come from real behavioral shifts in how people:
Express themselves
Handle reactions
Navigate differences
Show up under pressure
Our work is grounded in practical, repeatable frameworks that can be applied immediately—whether in a leadership meeting, a difficult conversation, or a career decision.
Why It Matters
When people stop managing perception and start showing up clearly:
Communication improves
Trust increases
Decision-making gets faster
Culture becomes more authentic
Work becomes more meaningful
And those shifts don’t just stay at work—they carry into life.
The Result
More clarity.
Less friction.
Stronger alignment.
Better experiences—everywhere they matter.
ExperiExcellence
Where exceptional experiences begin with how people show up.
About Our Founder
Dawn Lowe is a leadership coach, speaker, and organizational development strategist who helps individuals and organizations create exceptional experiences by changing how people show up, communicate, and lead.
With a career spanning executive HR leadership and organizational consulting, Dawn has worked with organizations ranging from small community-based nonprofits to large, complex enterprises. Across every environment, one pattern has remained consistent:
The biggest challenges aren’t systems or strategies—
they’re how people interact in real moments.
Conversations get softened.
Decisions get overexplained.
Feedback gets avoided.
And over time, performance turns into… performance.
Dawn’s work focuses on interrupting those patterns.
Through coaching, training, and speaking, she helps professionals and leaders communicate with clarity, reduce unnecessary friction, and build more aligned, effective relationships—without the constant need to manage perception or seek approval.
Her approach blends real-world leadership experience with practical, immediately applicable frameworks that shift behavior—not just awareness.
Dawn is also the author of Confident Acknowledgements: The “Oh Yeah” Revolution, a philosophy and framework that helps people own what’s true for them without overexplaining, overadjusting, or performing for the room.
Through ExperiExcellence, she partners with individuals and organizations who are ready to move beyond surface-level development and create meaningful, lasting change in how people work—and how they experience their work.
